JP Sugarbroad df547c8243 drivers: sdhc: have sdhc-spi-slot declare an sd bus ... The sdhc-spi-slot requies an spi bus, but sd nodes (like sdmmc-disk) cannot be added to it without a warning because it does not declare an sd bus.
