Chris Friedt 2812f61e4e posix: pthread_once: use k_mutex for pthread_key_lock ... In the interest of reducing any layering concerns, avoid using POSIX locking primitives where necessary. Note: it is not safe to use a spinlock here, as the callback function to `pthread_once()` may itself be a cancellation point.
