Andrew Boie 33c3e4a4de tests: timing_info: use only 1 cpu for userspace ... The regular version of this test has CONFIG_MP_NUM_CPUS=1, but this was omitted in the userspace version, and I am seeing crashes on an SMP-enabled target that supports user mode.
