Chris Friedt 9f6590c7b7 posix: deprecate POSIX_FS for POSIX_FILE_SYSTEM 
This change deprecates CONFIG_POSIX_FS in favour of
CONFIG_POSIX_FILE_SYSTEM, which maps directly to the name of the
standard POSIX Option Group.
