Thomas Stranger 32fe8a23af tests: gen_isr_table: nucleo_g071rb: decr. NUM_IRQS to avoid conflicts 
After the introduction of usart1 the kernel/genisr_table test could
no longer build, due to an interrupt conflict.
Adopt the TEST_NUM_IRQS to resolve the conflict.
