Emil Gydesen 82a32f5ca5 Bluetooth: Audio: Volume Control Service and client 
This commit implements the volume control service (VCS) and
client, The implementation supports and uses the
Audio Input Control Service (AICS) and
Volume Offset Control Service (VOCS) secondary services.
