Piotr Zięcik 9cc63e07e4 power: Fix naming of Kconfig options controlling deep sleep states This commit changes the names of SYS_POWER_DEEP_SLEEP* Kconfig options in order to match SYS_POWER_LOW_POWER_STATE* naming scheme. The sources in this directory are imported from QMSI project
at https://github.com/quark-mcu/qmsi.

Intel® Quark™ Microcontroller Software Interface (QMSI) is a
Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) for Intel® Quark™
Microcontroller products. It currently supports the following SoCs:

- Intel® Quark™ D2000 Microcontroller
- Intel® Quark™ SE Microcontroller

The current version supported in Zephyr is QMSI 1.4.
