Emil Gydesen 57fc354f6c Bluetooth: ISO: Fix iso channels not disconnecting properly ... We had added a break in a switch statement that stopped ISO channels from setting the BT_CONN_CLEANUP flag which in turn stopped them from disconnecting (in the eyes of the upper layers) properly.
