Allan Stephens 1cb6e5fbb5 Remove LITE-related dependency for app_kernel benchmark ... Benchmark code that depends on the state of LITE-related symbols has this dependency removed, and is now coded as if these symbols are not defined. This change has no operational impact, as LITE- related symbols were never defined.
