Jimmy Zheng 7802fffc7f drivers: interrupt_controller: nuclei_eclic: do not modifiy trap entry 
RISC-V trap entry is handled in soc/common/riscv-privileged/vector.S.
Remove the redundant modification in CLIC driver.
