Thomas Ebert Hansen 32b1c575fe tests: Bluetooth: Test invalid enc. pause 
Add test to verify that
1) A peripheral role cannot initiate an encryption pause
2) A peripheral role rejects a LL_PAUSE_ENC_REQ while a CIS is
   established
