Johann Fischer 7a90b221a5 usb: device: bluetooth: remove USB_TRANS_NO_ZLP for OUT transfers 
USB_TRANS_NO_ZLP flag has no meaning for usb_transfer() in
host-to-device direction (USB_TRANS_READ).
