Allan Stephens 11994f52bf Rename and relocate miscellaneous microkernel pipe files ... Brings file names into alignment with current naming conventions, and relocates them to the main microkernel directory. Note: Since the microkernel/channel directory is now empty, the build system no longer attempts to build its contents.
