Théo Battrel 9c69f29d0d Bluetooth: Logging: Deprecate BT_DEBUG_LOG 
Deprecate Kconfig symbol `BT_DEBUG_LOG`. With the new `BT_LOG` having
the same effect, `BT_DEBUG_LOG` is not useful anymore and shouldn't be
used.
