This change deprecates the following Kconfig options * CONFIG_POSIX_ENV * CONFIG_POSIX_CONFSTR * CONFIG_POSIX_SYSCONF * CONFIG_POSIX_UNAME and instead groups them into a single Kconfig option that maps directly to the standard.
