Nicolas Pitre ad59e923e9 sys_heap: reduce the size of struct z_heap_bucket by half ... This struct is taking up most of the heap's constant footprint overhead. We can easily get rid of the list_size member as it is mostly used to determine if the list is empty, and that can be determined through other means.
