Peter Mitsis 4ebd11258c Remove references to Simics from README.txt files Simics is not supported. As such, the sample project README.txt files must not provide instructions on how to execute an image using Simics. Title: test_static_idt

Description:

This test verifies that the static IDT feature operates as expected.

Building and Running Project:

This microkernel project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make pristine
    make microkernel.qemu
