Ulf Magnusson d0e8752a52 Kconfig: Rename $ENV_VAR_{ARCH,BOARD_DIR} to $ARCH/$BOARD_DIR ... The prefixes might be a leftover from the old 'option env="..."' symbols (which are no longer needed).
