Daniel Leung ef83c14c4a arch: move kconfig SoC selection to top level ... The SoC selections for each architecture are moved to the top level in menuconfig and xconfig. This makes it more intuitive to select architecture -> SoC -> then board, avoiding an additional trip to go into the architecture menu to select SoC.
