Pisit Sawangvonganan eeda631ee5 bluetooth: shell: move bt_shell_private.c to common folder 
Relocated `bt_shell_private.c` to the `common` folder to enable
independent use between `BT_SHELL` and `BT_MESH_SHELL`.
