The new inclusive naming terminology changes in v5.3 of the Bluetooth specification affect the HCI layer, so apply all relevant changes to align with it. Carles Cufi	6de4747979	Bluetooth: Update terms in public API to spec v5.3 ... The Bluetooth Core Specification, version 5.3, has introduced multiple changes to several widely-used terms in order to make them inclusive. Joakim Andersson	a7e3e32ea5	Bluetooth: host: Refactor out BR/EDR from hci_core to br ... Refactor out the BR/EDR handling from hci_core.c to its own source file in br.c.
