2a2b075826 unified: Tweak K_MEMORY_POOL_DEFINE() macro 
- Renames to K_MEM_POOL_DEFINE() for consistency
- Adds alignment parameter to align the pool buffer.

f817d2c25d unified/doc: Update memory pools section of Kernel Primer 
Also tweaks the memory maps section so that the two sections
are laid out in a similar manner.
