Update the Sparse documentation to refer to the official Sparse documentation instead of some random link, which no longeer works. It also fixes an incorrect inline literal usage. Guennadi Liakhovetski	7a85ff7683	sparse: add sparse support ... With this adding "-DSPARSE=y" to the "west build" command line performs a sparse check of the project build.
