move misc/printk.h to sys/printk.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.
No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.

Add sample application for AMS CCS811 digital gas sensor driver.
This application fetches Co2, VOC, Voltage and Current readings
from the sensor and prints it on serial console continuously.
