4eae500445 mutex: Simplify task_mutex_lock() API family 
Changes the mutex API so that the timeout parameter must be specified
when invoking task_mutex_lock() thereby obsoleting the following APIs:
    task_mutex_lock_wait()
    task_mutex_lock_wait_timeout()
    _task_mutex_lock()
