Names of some testcases are duplicated in another files.
This change rename duplicated testcases.

various test and test framework files.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all tests to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to #45388 for more details.

listener* tables are in fact some kind of log of all alloc/free
operations. Therefore size of the tables == NUM_BLOCKS makes
no sense and leads to table oveflows.
