If memory allocation for a dynamic object fails, an attempt is made to free
a null pointer instead of the allocated element of the dynamic object list.

Instead of obscure linker-file hacks providing dummy definitions before
we have the proper generated k-object lookup functions, provide weak
definitions that will be taken out by the real generated implementations
when they are available.

Mostly a revert of commit b1def7145f ("arch: deprecate `_current`").
This commit was part of PR #80716 whose initial purpose was about providing
an architecture specific optimization for _current. The actual deprecation
was sneaked in later on without proper discussion.
The Zephyr core always used _current before and that was fine. It is quite
prevalent as well and the alternative is proving rather verbose.
Furthermore, as a concept, the "current thread" is not something that is
necessarily architecture specific. Therefore the primary abstraction
should not carry the arch_ prefix.
Hence this revert.

`_current` is now functionally equals to `arch_curr_thread()`, remove
its usage in-tree and deprecate it instead of removing it outright,
as it has been with us since forever.

Obviously, everyone knows that there are 8 bits per byte, so
there isn't a lot of magic happening, per se, but it's also
helpful to clearly denote where the magic number 8 is referring
to the number of bits in a byte.
Occasionally, 8 will refer to a field size or offset in a
structure, MMR, or word. Occasionally, the number 8 will refer
to the number of bytes in a 64-bit value (which should probably
be replaced with `sizeof(uint64_t)`).
For converting bits to bytes, or vice-versa, let's use
`BITS_PER_BYTE` for clarity (or other appropriate `BITS_PER_*`
macros).

Namespaced the generated headers with `zephyr` to prevent
potential conflict with other headers.
Introduce a temporary Kconfig `LEGACY_GENERATED_INCLUDE_PATH`
that is enabled by default. This allows the developers to
continue the use of the old include paths for the time being
until it is deprecated and eventually removed. The Kconfig will
generate a build-time warning message, similar to the
`CONFIG_TIMER_RANDOM_GENERATOR`.
Updated the includes path of in-tree sources accordingly.
Most of the changes here are scripted, check the PR for more
info.

The sys_bitfield_(clear/set)_bit() work on pointer size element.
However, _thread_idx_map[] is a byte array. On little endian
systems, the bitops should work fine. However, on big endian
systems, changing the lower bits may actually be manipulating
memory outside the array when CONFIG_MAX_THREAD_BYTES is not
multiple of 4. So modify the code to perform bit ops on
a per-byte basis.

When thread stack is defined as an array, K_THREAD_STACK_LEN()
is used to calculate the size for each stack in the array.
However, standalone thread stack has its size calculated by
Z_THREAD_STACK_SIZE_ADJUST() instead. Depending on the arch
alignment requirement, they may not be the same... which
could cause some confusions. So align them both to use
K_THREAD_STACK_LEN().

It wasn't saving adjusted stack size at either the private stack or the
k_object, thus failing subsequent checks.
Test added to check for this case and prevent regressions.

Since the rbtree is using as list because we no longer
can assume that the object pointer is the address of the
data field in the dynamic object struct, lets just use
the already existent dlist for tracking dynamic kernel
objects.

The init infrastructure, found in `init.h`, is currently used by:
- `SYS_INIT`: to call functions before `main`
- `DEVICE_*`: to initialize devices
They are all sorted according to an initialization level + a priority.
`SYS_INIT` calls are really orthogonal to devices, however, the required
function signature requires a `const struct device *dev` as a first
argument. The only reason for that is because the same init machinery is
used by devices, so we have something like:

As a result, we end up with such weird/ugly pattern:

```
This is really a result of poor internals isolation. This patch proposes
a to make init entries more flexible so that they can accept sytem
initialization calls like this:

{
...
}
```
This is achieved using a union:

/* for DEVICE*, used when init_entry.dev != NULL */

This solution **does not increase ROM usage**, and allows to offer clean
public APIs for both SYS_INIT and DEVICE*. Note that however, init
machinery keeps a coupling with devices.
**NOTE**: This is a breaking change! All `SYS_INIT` functions will need
to be converted to the new signature. See the script offered in the
following commit.

This new implementation of pipes has a number of advantages over the
previous.
1. The schedule locking is eliminated both making it safer for SMP
and allowing for pipes to be used from ISR context.
2. The code used to be structured to have separate code for copying
to/from a wating thread's buffer and the pipe buffer. This had
unnecessary duplication that has been replaced with a simpler
scatter-gather copy model.
3. The manner in which the "working list" is generated has also been
simplified. It no longer tries to use the thread's queuing node.
Instead, the k_pipe_desc structure (whose instances are on the
part of the k_thread structure) has been extended to contain
additional fields including a node for use with a linked list. As
this impacts the k_thread structure, pipes are now configurable
in the kernel via CONFIG_PIPES.
