15774e1316 tests/boards/native_sim/cpu_wait: Correct ifdef 
This test works both with native_posix and native_sim.
native_sim will eventually not set NATIVE_SIM_NATIVE_POSIX_COMPAT
(i.e. not pretend to be native_posix) so let's correct this ifdef

For the 64 bit targets, change identifiers to the new hwmv2 ones

5f4bd36b98 tests/boards/native*: Moved to native_sim 
Moved folder to tests/boards/native_sim from native_posix
(including updating the MAINTAINERS file)
And enable all these tests for native_sim.
