Benchmarks are not tests, we run them to verify they still work and do
not bitrot. Running them on each architecture should be sufficient.
This reduces amount of churn in CI and still allows them to be run
individually on platforms.

All those benchmarks are kernel related, so add the kernel tag to avoid
building them when non kernel changes are being submitted.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all tests to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to #45388 for more details.

Move to CMake 3.20.0.
At the Toolchain WG it was decided to move to CMake 3.20.0.
The main reason for increasing CMake version is better toolchain
support.
Better toolchain support is added in the following CMake versions:
- armclang, CMake 3.15
- Intel oneAPI, CMake 3.20
- IAR, CMake 3.15 and 3.20

Add some comments about rbtree to make it more readable
Add more detail infos to make the purpose and process
of the test cases more clear which include test goal,
test step, input, judging criteria, constraints, etc.,
and these can be seen in our Zephyr documentations.
