Add a generic function to retrieve any data based on an
assigned numbers type. This function can in theory be
used for any data type, and not just LE Audio types, but
since it relies on bt_audio_data_parse it was made
specificially for LE Audio.
The function can be used in cases where
bt_audio_codec_cfg_get_val, bt_audio_codec_cfg_meta_get_val,
bt_audio_codec_cap_get_val or
bt_audio_codec_cap_meta_get_val (or their derivation)
are not easily applicable due to the type constrainst.

Move the network buffer header file from zephyr/net/buf.h to
zephyr/net_buf.h as the implementation now lives outside of the networking
subsystem.
Add (deprecated) zephyr/net/buf.h header to maintain compatibility with old

Added a fallback parameter to
bt_audio_codec_cfg_meta_get_pref_context
as absence of pref context in BAP implicitly means a unspecified
for LC3.
In the case that it is absent BT_AUDIO_CONTEXT_TYPE_UNSPECIFIED
is the returned value.
While the metadata for codec cfg and codec cap are similar,
this only applies for codec cfg as per BAP.

Added a fallback parameter to
bt_audio_codec_cap_get_max_codec_frames_per_sdu
as absence of max codec frames per SDU in BAP implicitly
means a single frame for LC3.
In the case that it is absent 1 is the returned value.

Added a fallback parameter to
bt_audio_codec_cap_get_supported_audio_chan_counts
as absence of channel count in BAP implicitly means a single channel
for Lc3.
In the case that it is absent 1 is the returned value.

Added a fallback parameter to
bt_audio_codec_cfg_get_chan_allocation as absence of
channel allocation in BAP implicitly means Mono.
In the case that it is absent,
BT_AUDIO_LOCATION_MONO_AUDIO is the returned value.
This commit also fixes the implementation of
bt_audio_codec_cfg_get_frame_blocks_per_sdu as it only applies to
LC3 (as per the BAP spec). It also adds additional testing of it

It is a common occurance that a specific type is not
found in the codec configuration, and the main way of
knowing that is by calling the function.
The debug log does not help debug anything (as it does also
return a specific error code), but rather just clutters up
the log if enabled.

The defines from the Bluetooth Audio assigned numbers are not
specific for LC3. This commit removes the LC3 infix and
the reference to LC3 in the documentation for them.
It also cleans up some of the documentation and
names of the enums.

a value isn't found, instead of 0.

Split the bt_audio_codec_meta_get functions to cfg and cap
variants. This provides a more explicit API where users
do not need to dereference their cfg/cap structs in order
to use this functions.
Furthermore this will also make the get functions more
similar to the upcoming set functions, where the set functions
will require the use of the cfg and cap structs.

Rename the bt_codec struct to bt_audio_codec_conf or
to the new struct bt_audio_codec_cap.
Rename the bt_codec_data to bt_audio_codec_data.
The purpose of this is to split the codec specific configuration
and codec capabilities into seperate structs, as they do not
reflect the same values, or used for the same purpose.
This commit depends on the preset macros workings on either
type of struct (for now), but will be modified in future updates.

The `bluetooth/common/log.h` and `bluetooth/common/log.c` files have been
removed. Files that were using them have been updated to use
`zephyr/logging/log.h` instead.
Those replacement have been done consequently:
- `/BT_DBG/LOG_DBG/`
- `/BT_ERR/LOG_ERR/`
- `/BT_WARN/LOG_WRN/`
- `/BT_INFO/LOG_INF/`
- `/BT_HEXDUMP_DBG/LOG_HEXDUMP_DBG/`
- `/BT_DBG_OBJ_ID/LOG_DBG_OBJ_ID/`
Also, some files were relying on the `common/log.h` include to include
`zephyr/bluetooth/hci.h`, in those cases the include of `hci.h` has
been added.
For files that were including `common/log.h` but not using any logs,
the include has been removed and not replaced.

This is the opesite of the macros to build codec configurations.
As some information was not up-to-date with the adopted
specification this change also includes alignment of the assigned
numbers in the Generic Audio section.
The codec config macros currently in lc3.h have moved from LC3
codec config parameters in the older specification to generic
codec configuration parameters in the adbpted specification.
This is why these additions have been made in the audio.h API
file rather in lc3.h. It is the expectation that lc3.h will be
merged into audio .h at some point.
