c4fbe38219 Bluetooth: BAP: Depend on BT_PER_ADV_SYNC instead of select
Change the select of BT_PER_ADV_SYNC and BT_EXT_ADV to
depends on. This is an effort to reduce the use of
select for Kconfig options.

c0f86011cb Bluetooth: BAP: Depend on BT_ISO_SYNC_RECEIVER instead of select
The BAP Kconfigs option now depends on
BT_ISO_BROADCASTER instead of selecting it.

This is an effort to reduce the use of select in LE Audio.

8703381764 Bluetooth: Host: Add conversion macros from ms to various units
Add conversion macros from milliseconds to various units.
The purpose of these macros is to make it more clear/easier
for users to set and read values using milliseconds rather
than the various BT units which may be in 0.625, 1.25 or 10ms
units.

This is especially useful when comparing related values using
different units, such as advertising interval (0.625ms units)
and periodic advertising interval units (1.25ms units).

Users will have to be aware that these macros can provide slightly
different values than what is provided, if the provided values
do not match the units.

e0a262b33f Bluetooth: Audio: Fix initial Broadcast source values
If the Broadcast ID is initially set to 0x000000,
which is valid, comparison logic on add of an
actual Broadcast ID of 0x000000 fails.

Likewise for SID.

c0f71e9125 samples: Bluetooth: Audio: Add/fix API includes and references
Update the includes for Bluetooth Audio samples so they
properly include what they use.

The includes are then used to determine which relevant APIs
to refer to in the READMEs.

Finally improve the naming and description of the samples
using the Profile names and role.

1db9b009a7 doc: samples: Adopt code-sample-category across tree
This commit uses the new .. zephyr:code-sample-category directive to
categorize code samples across the tree.
Updates existing legacy references to manually defined targets to now
use :zephyr:code-sample-category: role instead.

2c6306d099 Bluetooth: Controller: BT_CTLR_ISO_TX_BUFFER_SIZE from BT_ISO_TX_MTU
Derive BT_CTLR_ISO_TX_BUFFER_SIZE from BT_ISO_TX_MTU to have
optimal Controller memory allocations.
BT_CTLR_ISO_TX_BUFFER_SIZE can be set lower than
BT_ISO_TX_MTU in which case upper layer can send fragmented
SDU to the Controller.

0dcf3c197e Bluetooth: Audio: Increase PA sync timeouts
Increase the timeouts to be 60 instead of 6.
The reason for this is that some controllers (like the Zephyr
controller) will reserve some of these to ensure stability,
and in fact with skip = 5 and retry = 6, it would still
send the PA reports at every interval.

To accomodate a higher timeout value, the functions used to
convert PA intervals to PA timeouts have been updated.

cbc81b2a0f Bluetooth: Audio: Remove LC3 from the assigned numbers defines
The defines from the Bluetooth Audio assigned numbers are not
specific for LC3. This commit removes the LC3 infix and
the reference to LC3 in the documentation for them.

It also cleans up some of the documentation and
names of the enums.

a05a47573a Bluetooth: ATT: Internalize ATT PDU TX pool
Why?
- metadata is easier to manage as an array + index
  - less error-prone -> less memory-management bugs
- we can. because of the previous refactor
- PDU allocations are more predictable
- ATT buffer size can be optimized by app
- isolates ATT from the rest of the ACL users
  - decouples ATT PDU size from e.g. SMP w/ LESC

Drawbacks:
- higher memory usage
- kconfig change

The higher memory use is only temporary, as this will be followed-up
with more refactors that should bring it back down.

c9daed9712 Bluetooth: BAP: Refactor bt_bap_base
This removes the fixed size bt_bap_base, which provides
2 improvements:
1) The RAM usage of the broadcast sink has been reduced.
For the Broadcast Sink sample it is a reduction of 120
octets, but with much better scaling for supporting
   more or larger BASEs.
2) The functions to parse BASEs now support arbitrary sized
BASEs, where they were previously restricted by our
local Kconfig options. This allow us to parse any BASE
from a remote device, without encounting memory issues.
We are still memory restricted on the devices we
   actually want to sync to.
