While the driver was already capable of processing `ARGB8888` data,
it did not actually show the alpha value in any way.
This change adds a checkerboard background that shows transparent
regions.

Quite a few of the drivers meant for the POSIX arch
interacted with the host directly, and will not
work when we use an embedded libC.
Until we fix them, let's add the appropriate
kconfig dependencies to avoid users trying to build them.

Use this short header style in all Kconfig files:
# <description>
# <copyright>
# <license>
...
Also change all <description>s from
# Kconfig[.extension] - Foo-related options
to just
# Foo-related options
It's clear enough that it's about Kconfig.
The <description> cleanup was done with this command, along with some
manual cleanup (big letter at the start, etc.)
git ls-files '*Kconfig*' | \
xargs sed -i -E '1 s/#\s*Kconfig[\w.-]*\s*-\s*/# /'

This driver introduces an emulated LCD display for the native POSIX
board. The emulated display driver makes use of SDL2 to render the
displays frame buffer into a dedicated desktop window.
