The RP2350's PWM peripheral is largely unchanged from the RP2040's, but
the higher clock frequency means the long blink delay must be lower.

Add Devicetree overlay for sample drivers/led/pwm and fix the one in
basic/blinky_pwm for nucleo_l4r5zi board to set appropriate to enable
pwdleds and set appropriate timer prescaler.

The Adafruit QT Py ESP32-S3 needs to have GPIO hogs enabled in order to
use the onboard RBG LED with the led_strip sample code.

Commit 55d9d1c6ba
("samples: led: consolidate LED samples under same directory")
moved the led_strip sample from samples/drivers to samples/drivers/led.
But commit f54a53b4b3
("drivers: ws2812_gpio: Make timing configurable and less hardware
dependend") was merged at the same time and added the bbc_microbit.conf
file to the old location.
This patch moves bbc_microbit.conf to its correct location.

Change `GPIO39` to `GPIO38` in overlay.
The esp32s3_devkitc rgb led is connected to GPIO38, not 39.
Tested change on board and verified to function as intended.

Add a simple demonstration of the led_write_channels api on the lp5569
driver sample.
The demonstration simply turns on all of the channels with a single call to
led_write_channels. Then the same is done for turning off the channels.
Thus, it doesn't add much visually, but it shows the usage of the api.

Led blinking period was made configurable and time unit changed
from sec to msec recently in the source code of the sample.
Console harness regex was not changed accordingly in sample.yaml.
Device testing fails when run with twister.
Change the regex to accept any period and change the units to msec.

This commit uses the new .. zephyr:code-sample-category directive to
categorize code samples across the tree.
Updates existing legacy references to manually defined targets to now
use :zephyr:code-sample-category: role instead.

Fixes bad usage of single backticks in lieu of double backticks for
rendering inline literals, or simple '*' for italics.
When appropriate, a better construct than double backticks has been
selected (ex. :file:, :kconfig:option:, :c:func:, ...), or proper :ref:
have been used if the original intention was to have a link.

As there is no check (yet!) in the directive, many
.. zephyr-app-commands:: in the documentation are pointing to
non-existing sample applications, which is problematic for users who
typically expect to just copy-paste the commands and have them work.
This commit fixes all offending references to point to existing samples,
or converts them to simple ":app:" instead of ":zephyr-app:" when the
intent wasn't to refer to in-tree samples.

With over a dozen LED samples, grouping them in a common drivers/led/
folder helps keep things tidy and lays the groundwork for further
improvements in the way samples are showing up in the docs.
