main.c and test_thread_init.c merged.
All tests which don't require cooperative priorities now running in
user mode.
Userspace tag added to testcase.yaml.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
