e07329a482 tests: cmsis_rtos_v2: wait a bit for thread1 to set flags
In test_event_flags_no_wait_timeout(), after creating thread1,
there is a little delay to let it run to trigger FLAG1.
However, in test_event_flags_signalled(), this is not being
done, and on some platforms it triggers the assert in thread1()
complaining the flag not being set. This adds the same delay
in test_event_flags_signalled() and the this test passes for
those previously failed platforms.

0173063e50 tests: cmsis_rtos_v2: Fix a race condition
Both threads, 4 and the ztest_thread (test_thread_join) where
joining thread5. If thread 4 is scheduled before the
main thread it will be dead before the main thread
had chance to join it. Just changed thread 4 priority to ensure that
this problem does not happen.

4ec5ab2059 tests: cmsis_rtos_v2: adjust timer period to avoid starvation
Most boards run with 10 kHz ticks producing a period of 5 ms for 50
tick interval used in the timer periodic test. On Nordic 50 ticks
corresponds to 1.5 ms which is too short to complete the TC_PRINT()
call within the handler, causing the periodic timer to starve the
osDelay that would turn off the timer.

Adjust the period to be at least 5 ms or 50 ticks to avoid this
problem while not breaking other platform with slower tick rates.

2f323e65b2 lib: cmsis_rtos: Fix Periodic timer
This commit changes the behaviour of the CMSIS-RTOS periodic timers to
have an initial timeout equal to the periodic timeout instead of
executing the callback function directly when calling the
osTimerStart(...); function.

This behavioural change is according to the CMSIS-RTOS specification.

2d8f71049e tests: cmsis_rtos_v2: Fix warning in old GCC.
This commit modifies the struct array initialisation expression using
the "universal initialiser" to a struct single element initialisation
expression in order to prevent old GCC versions from erroneously
reporting the "missing braces around initializer" warning.

This is an infamous bug in old GCC versions; since there is no side
effect of using this alternate initialisation expression and it does
not violate the C99 standard, this problem should be addressed in the
code for the sake of portability.
