cc537b5a3a tests: gpio_basic_api: support for emulated GPIO 
This adds support for emmulated GPIO (CONFIG_GPIO_EMUL=y) and
additionally allows BOARD=native_posix and
BOARD=native_posix_64 to run the gpio_basic_api test suite.

Fixes #26477
