Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all
the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver

A coccinelle rule is used for this:

By changing the various *NET_DEVICE* macros. It is up to the device
drivers to either set a proper PM function or, if not supported or PM
disabled, to use device_pm_control_nop relevantly.
All existing macro calls are updated. Since no PM support was added so
far, device_pm_control_nop is used as the default everywhere.

By this commit user gets possibility to register USB
device satutus callback. This callback represents device state
and is added so user could know what happend to USB device.
Callback is registered by providing it to usb_enable()
USB api is extended by this callback handler.
Samples using using USB are by default provide no callback
and the usb_enable() is called with NULL parameter.
Status callback registered by hid class is deleted as now
USB device has global callback for all classes within device.

The size_t type is either compatible with an int on 32-bit target, or
a long on 64-bit targets. It could even be a long even on some 32-bit
targets. Let's use the z qualifier in the printf format to be compatible
with whatever flavor in use.
In case of pointers, let's just use %p with pointers directly and
avoid casts altogether.

Remove duplicated execution path for composite configuration, USB
device stack initialization is done inside stack for both cases.

In order to unify the legacy and composite code, move the class and
vendor request handler buffer into the USB device code, just like in
composite mode. The option is renamed from USB_COMPOSITE_BUFFER_SIZE
into USB_REQUEST_BUFFER_SIZE and also replaces the USB_DFU_MAX_XFER_SIZE
and USB_HID_MAX_PAYLOAD_SIZE options.

Now instead of such path:
net_if_send_data -> L2's send -> net_if tx_queue -> net_if_tx -> driver
net_if's send
It will be:
net_if_send_data -> net_if tx_queue -> net_if_tx -> L2's send -> driver
net_if's send
Only Ethernet is adapted, but 15.4 and bt will follow up.
All Ethernet drivers are made compatible with that new scheme also.

Remove all CONFIG_*_EP_ADDR options but keep the default
values for it, as they are necessary to find ep_addr in
usb_ep_cfg_data associated with bEndpointAddress in
interface descriptor.

Adapt functions for new composite interface.
Assign bInterfaceNumber and similar variables of a Interface
default values, these should be valid values for non-composite
configuration. For the case of the composite configuration,
these variables must be set by the interface configuration
function (interface_config) accordingly.

are corrected before enumeration.

Add CDC Ethernet Emulation Model function driver. This usb network
function can be used for ethernet over USB. Ethernet packet are
encapsulated within EEM packets. An EEM pkt contains 2-byte header
and 4-byte sentinel (or crc).
Note that EEM packets can be split across USB packets but shall not
be split across USB transfers.

net_eth_get_hw_capabilities() calls .get_capabilities() which is part
of the ethernet API but not the net_if_api that netusb implements.
This causes a fault as .get_capabilities() was past the end of the
struct and resolved to a random address.
Also, make the API const and give it a unique name.
