1c89837e79 usb: dfu: add separate pid for dfu mode
Refactor the file structure for USB DFU class to facilitate
separate PID for USB DFU when in DFU mode. As required by USB DFU
1.1 Section 2, the PID in the USB device descriptor must be
different between the Run-time and DFU mode device descriptor to
avoid problems caused by the host OS caching the remaining
descriptors when switching to DFU mode, thus hiding the new
interface descriptors from applications on the host and reporting
the Run-time descriptors when the device is in DFU mode.

To avoid adding too much clutter to the root USB class Kconfig and
CMakeLists files, move the DFU class files into their own directory
with dedicated Kconfig and CMakeLists.txt.

9d0e2cb325 cmake: Fix usb include directory organization
There are two problems with how zephyr/subsys/usb is being added to
the include path. Firstly it is using the zephyr_library_ API to
modify the zephyr library, when the zephyr_ API should have been used.

Secondly the code is located in the class directory even though it
affects the more general usb directory.

This patch fixes these issues. Using zephyr_library_ in this instance
works by accident when 'zephyr' is the current library but has not
guarantees of working in the future.

3ae52624ff license: cleanup: add SPDX Apache-2.0 license identifier
Update the files which contain no license information with the
'Apache-2.0' SPDX license identifier. Many source files in the tree are
missing licensing information, which makes it harder for compliance
tools to determine the correct license.

By default all files without license information are under the default
license of Zephyr, which is Apache version 2.

25b0212fc3 subsys: usb: class: add loopback function
Add loopback function. This function can be used to test
USB device drivers and device stack connected to linux host
and has the similar interface as "Gadget Zero" [1] of the Linux
kernel.

Use modprobe usbtest to load the module, see also [2] for the
description of the tests and for Vendor and Product ID of the
"Gadget Zero". The userspace tool testusb [3] is needed to start
the tests.

b2ca5ee5bc subsys: usb: rework USB DFU class driver
This patch moves USB DFU class driver to subsys/usb/class.

For the first the USB DFU class driver depends on DFU image
manager and partition layout and is limited to use as an
application for the bootloader. The driver fetches the
information about the flash, erase block size, write block
size and partitions offset from the DT now. The driver has
two interfaces associated with the two partitions "SLOT-0"
and "SLOT-1". The "SLOT-0" can only be read.

In the following work the class driver can be extended so
that it can be used from the bootloader and update a flash
region directly from the bootloader.

12f8f76165 Introduce cmake-based rewrite of KBuild
Introducing CMake is an important step in a larger effort to make
Zephyr easy to use for application developers working on different
platforms with different development environment needs.

Simplified, this change retains Kconfig as-is, and replaces all
Makefiles with CMakeLists.txt. The DSL-like Make language that KBuild
offers is replaced by a set of CMake extentions. These extentions have
either provided simple one-to-one translations of KBuild features or
introduced new concepts that replace KBuild concepts.

This is a breaking change for existing test infrastructure and build
scripts that are maintained out-of-tree. But for FW itself, no porting
should be necessary.

For users that just want to continue their work with minimal
disruption the following should suffice:

Install CMake 3.8.2+

Port any out-of-tree Makefiles to CMake.

Learn the absolute minimum about the new command line interface:

$ cd samples/hello_world
$ mkdir build && cd build
$ cmake -DBOARD=nrf52_pca10040 ..

$ cd build
$ make
