Clean up comment typos and wording for expect data functions.
Add a cast to (void *) to match convention set in expect value;
this allows the caller to avoid casting on every single call.

I was missing mocking api to compare data under an address pointed
by a parameter as some functions may copy buffers before passing
further.
Created ztest_expect_data and ztest_check_expected_data.

Consistently place C++ use of extern "C" after all include directives,
within the negative branch of _ASMLANGUAGE if used.
Background from issue #17997:
Declarations that use C linkage should be placed within extern "C"
so the language linkage is correct when the header is included by
a C++ compiler.
Similarly #include directives should be outside the extern "C" to
ensure the language-specific default linkage is applied to any
declarations provided by the included header.

Rename reserved function names in the subsys/ subdirectory except
for static _mod_pub_set and _mod_unbind functions in bluetooth mesh
cfg_srv.c which clash with the similarly named global functions.

Move test related code and the testsuite away from tests/ and make it a
proper subsystem.
The way tests were integrate in the tree was not obvious and actual
tests were intermixed with the testsuite code.
This will allow us to have trees with the testcode and without the
samples by just remove the folders tests/ and samples, needed for
isolating actual code from test/sample code.
