Add ESPI SAF features to the Microchip eSPI driver as
a separate file. ESPI SAF depends upon the core eSPI
driver adding the ability to attach the system SPI
flash to the EC eSPI endpoint instead of the host
eSPI controller.

This header contains encoding offsets for all the eSPI channels which
communicate data from/to the host.

Macros and enums are included for supporting pin configuration
settings.
Entries to the dts_fixup were also included in order
to configure port level settings.
