Add dts files for the specific chip instances that are used on the
boards in prep of having pin data in devicetree. The pin data will
be specific to the given chip instance so we need to distinguish
unique chips for the same SoC as the pin mux will differ.

Switch to use DEVICE_DT_GET instead of device_get_binding for pinmux
device. As part of this change drop the "label" property from
the pinmux devicetree node and update the binding and dts files to
reflect that.

This change enables support for KSZ8794 DSA device on the ip_k66f
board. Each LAN port is defined as a DTS subnode.

The following features: 'i2c' and 'netif:eth' are now used in the
ip_k66f board. Let's mark them in the "supported:" section of the
ip_k66f.yaml.
The latter one is necessary as a prerequisite to run some tests (like
e.g. netif:eth is necessary to run network related ones).

In the flash partition definitions for ARM boards,
the link to the legacy partition macros does not
exist any more. The commit cleans up the partition
definition by removing this link.

Enables hardware stack protection on all possible nxp kinetis boards to
help detect stack overflows more easily. Boards that do not have mpu
support are excluded.

Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all
the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver
instance to be constant.
A coccinelle rule is used for this:

This change adds the 'fixed-link' sub-node of the ip_k66f board's
ethernet node. The fixed link is set to work with 100 Mbps and
full duplex.

The ip_k66f board can run with clock frequency of 180 MHz. This requires
switching it to high speed mode (HSRUN).

This patch adds information regarding usage of serial console on
the ip_k66f board, as it only can use Segger's RTT console for
communication.

This change allows usage of larger RTT "UP" buffers from target to host.
It is necessary to allow correct execution of ping command:
net ping 192.168.0.1

The ip_k66f board (embOS/IP switch) from Segger doesn't have the serial
console pins connected to J-Link OB. As a result one needs to use RTT
to get the serial console.

Convert driver to use DT_INST_ defines. As part of this conversion we
remove the Kconfig options for per GPIO controller enables and instead
get that information from device tree. This means we now disable each
GPIO controller by default in the DTS and have each board dts enable the
GPIO controller ports it needs.

IP ethernet switch board includes K66F MCU from NXP
and Micrel/Microchip KSZ8794CNX switch. Board support
includes basic GPIO LED and common functions.
Switch function needs support either based on DSA or
relative feature in Zephyr which is tracked with issue
22061.
