Add Kconfig with the following options:
- DMA_LOOP_TRANSFER_DRV_NAME to set the DMA device name, because
some SOCs do not allow memory to memory DMA on all DMA devices
- DMA_LOOP_TRANSFER_CHANNEL_NR some SOCs start counting the DMA
channels at 1 instead of 0.
