This replaces the legacy SDFW compatible board configuration with the
IronSide SE compatible one, thus removing support for running samples
and tests on nRF54H20 devices with the old firmware.
All applications are expected to work on `nrf54h20dk/nrf54h20/cpuapp`
out of the box. For other board targets, all applications are expected
to boot, but may require additional peripheral configuration in UICR.
Build system support for the new UICR format is to be added separately.

Removes a superfluous Kconfig for setting the MCUboot operating
mode as sysbuild does this automatically, adds a comment about why
it is omitted, and then sets it in the correct place

This commit uses the new .. zephyr:code-sample-category directive to
categorize code samples across the tree.
Updates existing legacy references to manually defined targets to now
use :zephyr:code-sample-category: role instead.

Fixes bad usage of single backticks in lieu of double backticks for
rendering inline literals, or simple '*' for italics.
When appropriate, a better construct than double backticks has been
selected (ex. :file:, :kconfig:option:, :c:func:, ...), or proper :ref:
have been used if the original intention was to have a link.

As there is no check (yet!) in the directive, many
.. zephyr-app-commands:: in the documentation are pointing to
non-existing sample applications, which is problematic for users who
typically expect to just copy-paste the commands and have them work.
This commit fixes all offending references to point to existing samples,
or converts them to simple ":app:" instead of ":zephyr-app:" when the
intent wasn't to refer to in-tree samples.

The zephyr-app-commands directive can output a helpful hint to the user
when they are trying to build a sample that is in the Zephyr tree,
telling them to ensure they are in the root folder of the Zephyr repo.
Update all doc pages that were using :app: instead of :zephyr-app: so
that the hint is displayed.

Add a new "hello world" sample that can be built for multiple board
targets. This sample can be used to see if Zephyr boots successfully
with _minimal_ configuration on SoCs with multiple cores, or boards with
multiple SoCs.
The following configurations are provided for now:
- nRF5340 DK: cpuapp+cpunet
- nRF54H20 DK: cpuapp+cpurad, cpuapp+cpuppr, cpuapp+cpuppr(xip)
Note that because of a quoting bug somewhere in the build system,
SB_CONFIG_REMOTE_BOARD is specified in .conf files (see the sysbuild/
directory). This should be fixed in the near future.
