7d39b40f2f doc: Update floating point docs for ARM 
The x86 architecture is no longer the only one that supports hardware
floating point operations.

2e99832616 doc: fix :option: x-refs to squash doc generation warnings 
Move to use :option:`CONFIG_XYZ` vs :option:`XYZ` to generate propert
links and avoid warnings about unexistant targets.
