a08aec9999 driver/sensor: stts751: update to use new GPIO API

165fe48229 treewide: use full path to sensor.h header 
The build infrastructure should not be adding the drivers subdirectory
to the include path.  Fix the legacy uses that depended on that
addition.

Align all sensor drivers that are using stmemsc (STdC) HAL i/f
to new APIs of stmemsc v1.02.
