345735d0a8 tests: remove CONFIG_ZTEST_NEW_API in all tests 
Remove all usage of CONFIG_ZTEST_NEW_API from tests and sample as this
is now enabled by default.

859be8cb73 tests: bindesc: Added definition tests 
Added tests for the bindesc subsystem, testing definition of
binary descriptors on several qemu architectures, and using
several C standards (c99, c11, etc.).
