ab08f34fd9 Bluetooth: Mesh: Make bt_mesh_model as rodata 
Since model struct most of member should not change at run time,
so mark as const will be suitable and safely.

1b77e8bbf1 Bluetooth: Mesh: Add Model Receive testing callback 
Add a callback similar to net_recv that notifies the application when a
message is received in access layer. This is is useful for testing
purposes (especially automated testing).

700328ac55 Bluetooth: Introduce Bluetooth Testing API 
This introduces Bluetooth internal API intended to be used for
qualification purposes. Application may register callbacks to get
data that is not exposed by public API.
