IS_ENABLED() is only useful for macros that might be undefined.
VERBOSE_DEBUG is defined at the top of these files.
Also makes it harder to confuse for for Kconfig references.

This commit renames two defines:
CS_INTERFACE -> USB_CS_INTERFACE_DESC
CS_ENDPOINT -> USB_CS_ENDPOINT_DESC
in order to match current naming convention when it comes
to descriptors fields.
All relevant files are updated to match renamed macros.

USBD_CFG_DATA_DEFINE macro has not consider that a class
could have more than one set of usb_cfg_data struct.
If a class has more than one set of usb_cfg_data
then they should be sorted the same way like by
USBD_DEVICE_DESCR_DEFINE macro.

In order to unify the legacy and composite code, move the class and
vendor request handler buffer into the USB device code, just like in
composite mode. The option is renamed from USB_COMPOSITE_BUFFER_SIZE
into USB_REQUEST_BUFFER_SIZE and also replaces the USB_DFU_MAX_XFER_SIZE
and USB_HID_MAX_PAYLOAD_SIZE options.

Commit 766101c was a wrong fix as NETUSB_MTU is the actual network MTU.
Instead of using this value in EEM/ECM drivers, a relevant value should
be set for each there.

Since commit b48a8c3247 ("usb: device: Add composite status callback")
the cb_usb_status callback is not called anymore in composite mode. The
cb_usb_status_composite callback is called instead.
This patch updates the ECM driver to use either one or the other
depending on CONFIG_USB_COMPOSITE_DEVICE.

anymore. The parameter was unused since the ll reserve concept removal.

As rx_buf & tx_buf are defined with a NETUSB_MTU size, this cause
that the frames over 1500 bytes can not be received and are discarded.
Secondly, as fragmentation is not supported (for UDP and TCP datagram),
increase NETUSB_MTU to the maximum possible ethernet frame size :1522

Adapt functions for new composite interface.
Assign bInterfaceNumber and similar variables of a Interface
default values, these should be valid values for non-composite
configuration. For the case of the composite configuration,
these variables must be set by the interface configuration
function (interface_config) accordingly.

This fixes a bug in the cdc_ecm Ethernet over USB driver. The ECM
spec (section 3.3.1) says that the end of an Ethernet frame is marked
using the USB short packet mechanisim, where the last packet is less
than the maximum packet size. If the Ethernet frame is a multiple of
the USB maximum packet size then a final zero length packet must be
sent.
Linux however sends a one byte packet (usbnet.c:1393) to work
around hardware issues with zero length packets.
The current Zephyr driver works most of the time except when you send
an Ethernet frame of the right length where the last byte is zero,
such as:
$ ping 192.0.2.1 -s 23 -p 0
Zephyr then drops the last byte, creating a short frame which gets
dropped higher up in the stack.
