The stack will no longer implicitly set the data path
for ISO channel, and the responsibility for doing that is
now for the upper layers/applications.
This provides additional flexibility for the higher layers
as they can better control the values and timing of the data
path, as well as support removing and even reconfiguring the
data path at will.
This also removes some complexity from the stack.
This commit also fixed a inconsistency in the disconnected
handler. CIS for centrals as well as BIS were still valid
bt_iso_chan channels in the disconnected callback,
but CIS for peripherals were completely cleaned up at this
point. This issue is fixed by moving the disconnected callback
handling to before the code to cleanup the channel for
peripherals.
Since there is a difference in how you remove data paths
depending on the GAP role (central/peripheral), the
iso_info struct type has been expanded to be more
concise of which type of CIS it is.

Some GATT services and profiles define specific behavior
based on whether the remote device is bonded or not.
The internal function, bt_addr_le_is_bonded, is the
only function to do this, but it was kept internal,
and could thus not be used for those services
without including hci_core.h.
The function has been moved to the public API
so that application can determine if a remote
address is bonded or not, and has been renamed
to not use the bt_addr namespace, but rather the
bt_le.

The existing implemented only attempted to send all notifications,
but if host was out of ATT TX buffers the notifications would fail
and the client may miss out on important information, and would be
a spec violation.
This commit refactors notificatios in TBS so that they are always
sent.

The ASCS unit tests had various errors after adding support for
dynamic registration.
Several tests did not properly clean up after failure, causing other
tests to fail when they shouldn't.
Moved the register tests to their own file as they should not
do the register in the "before" function.
The test_ascs_unregister_with_ases_in_config_state test was also
removed, as it had both issues and the state that it wants to test
cannot be reached with the current API - It is not possible to
put an ASE in the configured state without callbacks,
and registered callbacks prevents us from calling
bt_bap_unicast_server_unregister to trigger the case as that can
only be done if callbacks are unregistered. Since unregistering
callbacks also puts all ASEs to the idle state, it is not possible
to call bt_bap_unicast_server_unregister for a non-idle ASE.
The testcase.yaml was also missing some Kconfig options to
properly enable the client tests.

The QoS structure is not related to a codec, but rather a
stream, and should thus not use the "Codec" name.
The BAP and ASCS specs refer to the QoS as
"QoS configuration" several places, so it is an obvious
choice for a name.
Since the structure is defined and used by BAP, the prefix
was changed from bt_audio to bt_bap.

find_package(Zephyr) should be called before first project() call.
Zephyr package will test and force-set the correct toolchain, especially
the C compiler.
The project() will also set the C compiler, if not set already.
If project() is called first, then conflict arises on the C compiler
selection and thus the following message is seen:
> You have changed variables that require your cache to be deleted.
> Configure will be re-run and you may have to reset some variables.
> The following variables have changed:
> CMAKE_C_COMPILER= /usr/bin/gcc
This cache deletion results in other errors, such as a missing BOARD

For the LE Audio unittests there exists a few mock files
that implement mock versions, or callbacks, for some of the
roles and features tested.
These have been moved to where they are actually used,
reducing the scope of these files.
This both allows the individual tests to implement their own
versions of it, but more importantly it prevents issues when
adding tests for these roles. For example, due to the
bap_unicast_client.c mock file, it is impossible to implement
unit tests for the unicast client, as the functions are already
defined.

Refactors teh BIS bitfield values used for ISO
and BAP.
Previously BIT(1) meant BIS index 1, which was a Zephyr choice
in the early days of ISO, as the BT Core spec did not use
a bitfield for BIS indexes.
Later the BASS specification came along and defined that
BIT(0) meant BIS index 1, which meant that we had to shift BIS
bitfields between BAP and ISO.
This commit refactors the ISO layer to use BIT(0) for Index 1 now,
which means that there is no longer a need for conversion
between the BAP and ISO layers, and that we can use a value
range defined by a BT Core spec (BASS).
