ZBus currently does not have a `HEAP_MEM_POOL_ADD_SIZE_ZBUS` when using
message subscribers or runtime observers, forcing the developer to set that
manually. Adding the configuration option to zbus would improve its
usability and make zbus easier to use. With this feature, zbus aligns with
the other Zephyr subsystems' heap memory allocation approach.

Use the new code-sample directive and roles to document the zbus samples
so that they show up as "Related samples" when browsing zbus API.

Replace the `CONFIG_ZBUS_RUNTIME_OBSERVERS_POOL_SIZE` with the
`CONFIG_ZBUS_RUNTIME_OBSERVERS` and add the heap. Add user_data to hello
world sample iterator functions.

As both C and C++ standards require applications running under an OS to
return 'int', adapt that for Zephyr to align with those standard. This also
eliminates errors when building with clang when not using -ffreestanding,
and reduces the need for compiler flags to silence warnings for both clang
and gcc.
Most of these changes were automated using coccinelle with the following
script:
@@
@@
- void
+ int
main(...) {
...
- return;
+ return 0;
...
}
Approximately 40 files had to be edited by hand as coccinelle was unable to
fix them.

() This makes the stack for both consumer and producer threads
larger to avoid stack corruption and overflow.

Fix all line-length errors detected by yamllint:
yamllint -f parsable -c .yamllint $( find -regex '.*\.y[a]*ml' ) | \
grep '(line-length)'
Using a limit is set to 100 columns, not touching the commandlines in
GitHub workflows (at least for now).

The sample illustrates a way of using the runtime observer registration
feature. With this sample the developer can understand how to use static
and runtime observer registration.
